Carol was so lovely getting back to me last night after we realised what had happened (it was nearly 9.00pm) and I just want to say that you really have a great team in your office. I knew nothing could be done last night but just for her to give us the courtesy and call us was great. And she didn’t make me feel bad at all for calling the emergency number on your voice mail.
