Richard commenced his Real Estate career in Eumundi after 20 years in the building and home maintenance industries.

Having emigrated from the UK in 1971 Richard and his family spent 12 years in Canberra before discovering the Noosa Hinterland and moving to the Sunshine Coast. Richard and his wife Anita have four grown up children between them, enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that the coast has to offer, with lots of beaching, golfing and entertaining friends on their deck at home.
Being one of the longest serving agents in the Noosa Hinterland and in particular the Eumundi area, Richard has the knowledge and experience to help locals and newcomers alike with all their Real Estate needs.

• In 1988 relocated a 1920’s Queenslander from Tewantin to 5 acres in the Cooroy hinterland where the family still reside today

• Previously Project Manager for high rise construction projects in Vancouver, legal secretary and conveyancing clerk
  
  
• Loves Family, friends, travel, the Noosa River, camping, boating and of course, wining, dining, music and dancing.
  

Avril Greenough

Avril's association with Noosa Hinterland Realty began in 2002 when she bought an investment property through our office. She left her property in our hands while she took an extended overseas trip.

"After returning to Australia I moved to the Sunshine Coast and came to Eumundi to thank everyone for looking after my interests so well. Knowing that my property was well managed took a huge weight from my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy my trip so much more. After a cup of coffee and a chat I found I was being offered the opportunity to join the partnership which I subsequently did in May 2004."
Avril has a long career background in finance and management. "My whole working life has involved helping people from all walks of life achieve their goals. The Real Estate industry is no exception offering the satisfaction of matching the right people with the right property."
Avril has four grown up children, and  four precious grandchildren, a calm easygoing nature and enjoys walking, swimming, movies and reading in her spare time
